How do I request maintenance for my apartment?

To submit a maintenance request, please log in to your resident portal. Please be as specific as possible with your request. You can also track the status of your maintenance request by logging in to your resident portal.
If for any reason your resident portal is not working please email your maintenance request to your property manager.

What are your office hours?

Our normal business hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
If you would like to speak with your property manager in person, please call ahead to schedule an appointment – we don’t want to miss you!

What do I do if there is an emergency and your office is closed?

If there is a FIRE:

  1. Call 911 Immediately!
  2. Call your janitor.
  3. Call the office and select the emergency option to reach a staff member

For all other emergencies please call the office at 773-290-1100 and select the emergency extension. Listen to the voicemail message for directions on how to reach a staff member. There is a staff person available 24/7 for emergencies such as broken pipes (water leaks), no heat, fire and theft.

Where do I mail my payment?

Though the resident portal is the most efficient way to submit your payment, if you are unable to use this feature, please mail your rent to our office address at the bottom of this page. We also have a drop slot in the front door of our office for after-hour payments.
