Here Are Some of the Areas We Serve

Lincoln Square

Lincoln Square is one of the 77 community areas that makes up the city of Chicago. While some people use the name interchangeably with Ravenwood, Ravenswood is actually a smaller neighborhood found within Lincoln Square.

Lincoln Square is a large neighborhood, home to more than 40 000 residents and 1000 small businesses. The area is known for being historically German, but today it is also home to many Thai residents and businesses.

Ravenswood

The Ravenswood neighborhood can be found on the North Side of Chicago, mostly within Lincoln Square. The neighborhood was named after a population of ravens that lived in the area back in the 19th century.

Today, Ravenswood is a desirable neighborhood known for courtyard residential homes, and relatively high property values. It’s a low-rise residential neighborhood with plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and interesting small businesses.

Hyde Park

Hyde Park can be found on the shores of Lake Michigan, and is a culturally diverse neighborhood that is home to one of the country’s great universities: University of Chicago.

There are a number of academic and historical institutions that the Hyde Park area is known for, and it is closely associated with President Barack Obama, who spent twelve years at the University of Chicago.

Lake View

Lake View—also spelled as Lakeview—is a neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago. With a population just under 100 000 residents, it is the most populous neighborhood in Chicago.

There are a number of popular attractions in Lake View, including Wrigley Field—home of the Chicago Cubs—and the Belmont Theatre District, which hosts dozens of theatres.

Evanston

Evanston is a city that can be found in the Chicago area, and is around a dozen miles north of Downtown Chicago. It has a population of around 80 000 residents, and is home to Northwestern University.

Evanston is known for being a socially liberal city, often overwhelmingly supporting Democratic candidates for president. Recently, the city became known as the first city to provide reparations to African American residents who faced unfair housing, and their families as well.

Rogers Park

Rogers Park is the first of Chicago’s 77 community areas. It’s located on the city’s Far North Side, and borders the city of Evanston. It is arguably one of the most diverse communities in the greater Chicago area with over 40 spoken languages.

Uptown

Uptown is one of Chicago’s 77 community areas. The neighborhood is surrounded by Ravenswood and Clark to the West, Montrose and Irving Park to the south, Lake Michigan to the east, and Foster Avenue to the north.

Wrigleyville

A popular working-class neighborhood, Wrigleyville is named after the famous Wrigley Field—a historic baseball park that's over 100 year old. Wrigleyville has plenty of tourist attractions, and is known for its rowdy nightlife.

Edgewater

Edgewater is located on the North Side of Chicago and allows its residents to live close to the water. Its charm and beauty makes the beachfront properties some of the most sought-after.

Andersonville

Andersonville is located on the north side of Chicago. The architecture in the neighborhood really sets it apart from other areas. With its diversity in culture, the thriving business community, and its proximity to the Lakefront, the neighborhood has been receiving attention from investors and renters alike.
